Our Android package carries a SHA-256 signature you can check in system settings under app info. This signature proves the APK came from h2win and wasn't modified after we built it.

Direct distribution only

We distribute the Android app exclusively through h2win.app and the iOS app through the official App Store. Third-party mirrors and repackaged APKs are not from us and may contain altered code.

Account recovery flow

If you lose device access, reset your account through the email or phone number on file. We send a six-digit code, you enter it on the login screen and we issue a new session without exposing your password.

Two-factor for withdrawals

Every withdrawal request triggers an SMS code to the phone number in your account settings. Enter that code within ten minutes to authorize the payout; expired codes require a new withdrawal submission.

Local biometric storage

Fingerprint and face data stay on your device in the secure enclave. The OS returns a yes-or-no answer to the app; we never receive or store your biometric template on our servers.

Session expiry

Inactive sessions close after fourteen days. When you return, the app prompts for a fresh login or biometric confirmation to start a new authenticated session.

Download the APK, enable installation from unknown sources when prompted and install. The iOS app is available in the App Store.

Sign in with your password the first time you open the app. After a successful login, the app prompts you to enable fingerprint or face recognition. Tap Enable, confirm your biometric through the system prompt and future logins will use that method instead of your password.
